Carlos Marcial Morard

President & Trustee

Certified sound therapist, Master in Hypnotherapy, Regression and NLP. Graduate in Social Communication and Master in Journalism (Universidad Di Tella, Argentina). Specialized in Cognitive Neurosciences applied to Education and Strategic Business Planning. With a long career as an entrepreneur in the IT industry, he is a lecturer and co‑author of Los 10 años del Facility Management. He is also a pianist and composer.

Nicolás Morard

Board Member & International Ambassador

Graduate in Social Communication (UADE, Argentina) and Master in Corporate and Business Communication. Specialist in Coaching and NLP, with experience in community management and digital strategy.

Secretary & Legal Representative

Representative of the Association of Small and Medium Foundations of Spain. Responsible for transparency and legal management within the Foundation.

Almudena is a leadership specialist, executive and team coach, and facilitator. Trained in Leadership at UCLA and MIT, she focuses on organizational transformation from a holistic perspective where people are at the center of change. With 25 years of experience and multiple certifications, she has worked with local and international companies. Her expertise includes talent retention and recruitment, digital transformation, and managing multigenerational teams.

Doctor in Visual Arts Education

PhD in Visual Arts Education and BA in Art History (University of Seville), with a postgraduate degree in Cultural Management (UOC). She has worked with ICAS Ayuntamiento de Sevilla, Fundación Cajasol, Fundación Valentín de Madariaga y Oya, and CAC Málaga. She has curated exhibitions for artists such as Anish Kapoor, Soledad Sevilla, Eugenio Cuttica, Susan Meiselas, and Eva Lootz.

Jorge Juan López

Founder of a high‑impact therapeutic methodology that integrates psychology with human nature, life cycles, and spirituality. Drawing from his own transformation, he helps people reconnect with their essence, embrace authentic identity, and transcend fears to live a conscious and meaningful life. Trained in Sound Therapy, Psycho‑influence, Narratypes, High‑Impact Therapy, Coaching, and NLP.

Violeta Reynal

Her debut album Hipnosis was created to bring calm and healing to listeners. She developed a therapeutic method to reverse auditory system injuries through musical intervals performed on the piano.

A pianist since age 4, she now performs worldwide, combining piano and voice to share her music.

Based in Barcelona, she is completing her second album Reyna, designed for subtle and profound listening.
